After the success of the Markley project, Cole Properties is expanding its remarkable urban homes concept to the City Homes at Calhoun. Located in the West End of Greenville, each of these eight properties will feature three stories with open floor plans, a two-car garage and a social kitchen, as well as an option for an elevator. Of course, the inherent qualities of Cole Properties, such as expert craftsmanship and attention to personal details, will continue in the City Homes at Calhoun.

The West End of Greenville, South Carolina is a scenic historic district of the city, as well as a lively spot for great restaurants, shopping and even a baseball stadium. The City Homes at Calhoun place their homeowners within walking distance of great coffee and craft beer, as well as near other downtown hotspots like Falls Park and the Peace Center. Of course, besides its energetic downtown, a highlight of Greenville is its accessibility to an array of hiking opportunities and outdoor activities both in the Upstate and in the North Carolina mountains.
